Dalibor Roháč je slovenský analytik a publicista se zaměřením na zahraniční politiku. Je výzkumným pracovníkem American Enterprise Institutu ve Washingtonu, výzkumným pracovníkem Centra evropských studií Wilfrieda Martense v Bruselu, členem poradního sboru US-Europe Alliance a expertem na zahraniční a hospodářskou politiku slovenské koalice Progresivní Slovensko/Spolu.
Je autorem knih Abeceda liberalizmu (2001) a Hľadanie kotvy (2020) ve slovenštině a anglických knih Towards an Imperfect Union: A Conservative Case for the EU (2016) a In Defense of Globalism (2019).

O nové knize:
The goal of “ever-closer union” has been adopted by some of the EU’s proponents and used as a bogeyman by many of its detractors. Yet even after a decade of existential crises, the EU is no closer to having a single voice on the global stage.
AEI’s Dalibor Rohac argues in Governing the EU in an Age of Division (Edward Elgar Publishing, 2022) that rather than brushing away its divisions, the EU needs to embrace them. Diversity and pluralism are features, not a bug, of Europe’s condition, and the common institutions should be geared toward managing the EU’s disagreements peacefully.
